We bought this apartment because the sun comes in from morning through evening, and the lifts are within walking distance. Some of our best time together as a family happens here — kids, mountains, fresh air, no hurry. We rent it out when we're not here ourselves.

If you have a question before you book — what to bring, whether there's a baby cot, where the playground is — write to us. We answer within a day, and not because a robot tells us to.

Wir haben dieses Apartment gekauft, weil die Sonne von morgens bis abends hereinscheint und die Lifte fußläufig erreichbar sind. Hier verbringen wir als Familie unsere beste Zeit zusammen — Kinder, Berge, frische Luft, keine Eile. Wir vermieten es, wenn wir nicht selbst hier sind.

What it is

A real apartment in St. Oswald, not a hotel suite.

It's south-facing. The dining room, both bedrooms, and both balconies catch the sun from morning through evening — long enough that the radiators rarely have to work hard.

The kitchen is a real kitchen. Induction hob, dishwasher, oven. Knives that cut. Coffee equipment that works: a drip filter and a pod machine (not Nespresso). The dining table seats six. There's a desk and chair if you need to work for a morning.

Smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine and dryer in the cellar, shared with the building. Boot dryer and ski storage in your own cellar locker — code-locked, no keys to lose.

Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Esszimmer, beide Schlafzimmer und beide Balkone fangen die Sonne von morgens bis abends ein — lange genug, dass die Heizkörper kaum arbeiten müssen.

From morning through evening, the sun comes in: dining room, both bedrooms, both balconies. The brand name is a fact, not a metaphor. There's no underfloor heating in this apartment — the floors stay warm in winter anyway, because the sun does the work.

Von morgens bis abends fällt die Sonne herein: Esszimmer, beide Schlafzimmer, beide Balkone. Der Markenname ist eine Tatsache, keine Metapher. Es gibt keine Fußbodenheizung in dieser Wohnung — die Böden bleiben im Winter trotzdem warm, weil die Sonne die Arbeit macht.

103 km of pistes in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area, beginner to expert. Ski school for the kids while you take the steeper runs. The free Skibus stops in front of the building.

When you don't ski: cross-country trails on prepared loipen through the Nockberge, cleared paths for winter walks, sleigh rides in the village evenings. Two thermal baths within ten minutes' drive — Therme Römerbad in town, Therme St. Kathrein at the edge.

Hundreds of kilometres of marked trails through the Nockberge. Family routes from the door, alpine ridges from the lift — Wöllaner Nock at 2,145 m if you want a summit. The MTB Flow Trail nearby for the brave.

Two lakes within easy reach: Millstättersee and Brennsee. A petting zoo for kids who'd rather meet a goat than climb a mountain. The playground is next door.

Do not hesitate, book this one. Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views.

Zögern Sie nicht, buchen Sie diese Unterkunft. Daniela und Andrey haben mit ihrem herrlichen Sunshine-Apartment einen fantastischen Job gemacht. Die Wohnung war makellos, gut beheizt, modern, wunderschön dekoriert und komplett ausgestattet. Hell und geräumig, mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Berge und Pisten.

I loved staying at Daniela's place. The apartment is big, very well equipped and very comfortable. You can find everything here as you were at home. The kitchen is really perfect and the view is fantastic. I loved spending time on the balconies.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt bei Daniela geliebt. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Hier findet man alles wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist wirklich perfekt und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Ich liebte es, Zeit auf den Balkonen zu verbringen.

We had a great five days with two children and two adults. The location is really great and the view of the mountains and the air in the morning is really very relaxing. We greatly appreciated the folder with tips on the surroundings and the restaurants.

Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage mit zwei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und der Blick auf die Berge und die Luft am Morgen ist wirklich sehr entspannend. Wir schätzten die Mappe mit Tipps zur Umgebung und zu den Restaurants sehr.

We had a wonderful stay in Daniela and Andrey's apartment. Apartment is very spacious, cozy and well equipped. It is very close to the ski slopes and it was important for us. We and our friends enjoyed every minute of our stay.
